3F Retail is a group of professionals that has its roots in the passion and great experience gained over the years in three product sectors in particular. It has the ambitious goal of developing and enhancing in Italy and worldwide, some of the top Italian and international products in the Food, Fashion, and Furniture sectors.

THE TEAM

Mario Esposito

Founder of 3F Retail

Mario Esposito is an expert in the retail distribution and franchising development sector, from the creation of business ideas, to the international organisation and management aspects. CEO and President of national and multinational groups in the fashion sector (President of Europa Fiorucci spa. CEO Laguna profumerie spa. CEO Lvmh Sephora division). He has always had a passion for food, and he is the Co-Founder of the Assaggia Italia format. He manages strategic relations through which he finds the optimum path towards business success, for each business idea and project. He has developed the core business of 3F Retail in the Food, Fashion and Supplies areas. He is a speaker at international conferences in the retail world and at various Italian universities.

Luca Burnacci

Founder of 3F Retail

Luca Burnacci gained significant experience as a young manager in multinational companies until he became Director of Human Resources at Nokia Italia S.p.A. In 2000, he turned to the retail market, and carried out various top management tasks in the Policentro Group, acquiring significant and unique experience in the development and management of multi-purpose shopping centres in Italy and abroad. He is an expert in the choice of IT, management and cash systems for retail businesses; he is also a point of reference for the creation of industrial plans and business plans, as well as for the constant control of the adherence of projects to development strategies in terms of revenue and costs.

Maria Pia Attolini

Retail & Marketing Director

Maria Pia Attolini is an expert in retail management and strategic marketing, for years she has led the development of factory outlets as General Manager. She creates marketing plans, multichannel communication and CRM strategies. In 3F Retail she defines the marketing strategy with the founders, being the reference business manager for all projects. She supervises project management activities, starting from the study of brand retail development to the next opening of the the store. She is a lecturer in Marketing and Business organisation and takes care of the selection of human resources and training plans to support staff growth. She coordinates the resources of the main Company areas and manages critical issues.

Simona Cesario

Franchising Developer

Simona Cesario began her career in the publishing and design sectors, where she mainly carried out commercial, promotional and communication activities. She gained a significant experience in the retail area, specializing in the management of commercial catering formats, taking care of their entire creation process, coordinating and monitoring the progress of development activities, from the preliminary and promotion phase to the store opening. She coordinates and manages the franchising development activities of all the Group's projects.

Mara Martegiani

Digital & Marketing Specialist

Mara Martegiani became a manager in the mobile services sector and, thank’s to a commercial and IT background, then, a business woman. For years she has worked with 3F Retail in various commercial and management secretarial roles. Her passion for the web world gained her specialist certifications in digital marketing management, graphics and copywriting. Currently she coordinates and manages social networks, websites and advertising campaigns, monitoring the effectiveness of social media activities and collaborating with the marketing department on strategic analysis and review of operational materials.

Francesca Ciucci

Food & Beverage Specialist

Francesca Ciucci got a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology, after that she moved to London to launch her career. There she discovered the world of catering and food retail consultancy, remaining fascinated by this world. Back in Italy, she decided to more focus on her new passion by attending a master's degree in Food and Beverage Management at the Fondazione ISTUD-Baveno Business School. Currentlyy she is in charge of all food operations with a focus on product engineering, kitchen equipment, delivery systems, scouting and coordination of F&B suppliers and food organisation during the opening phase of the stores.

Paolo Lumini

Food & Beverage Specialist

Paolo Lumini began his professional career, after a bachelor's degree in Gastronomic Sciences, by immediately focusing on the development of food-related projects, first in multinational contexts and, in his last experience, in a start-up. He then enrolled in an MBA, where he acquired new skills in management and strategy. In 3F Retail he contributes to the opening of food formats in Italy and abroad, from concept to development and creation of menus, food cost calculation, identification and selection of suppliers and distributors. During the opening phase he takes care of staff training at the store.

Rubina Rovini

Food Manager

Rubina Rovini deepens with commitment and dedication her experience in the kitchen, from the certificates at the academy of Haute Cuisine Cordon Bleu up to the entry in the MasterClass of the fifth edition of MasteChef Italy. She is one of the finalists in the only Italian edition of MasterChef All Stars. She joined the prestigious staff of Villa Crespi, alongside Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, cooperating in the Coach Kitchen project together with Michelin Star Filippo Saporito. Currently she is a businesswoman and consultant in the restaurant sector, both for start-ups and corporate restructuring. In 3F Retail she strategically cooperates in the creation of the food & beverage offer in the retail sector for all development projects.

Alberto Manzoni

Design Manager

Alberto Manzoni is an expert in Strategic Design, in his career he has worked with multinationals including Panasonic, B&B Italia, Technogym and Chicco. He is now a lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano, founder of Labomaki srl, and a lecturer at the Attilio Babbi Gelato Academy. "For me, design is about research, innovation and culture." He has been working for years with 3F Retail on the creation of development project formats.

Ilaria Ventrucci

Designer

Ilaria Ventrucci is passionate about product design, she enhanced her skills at the Politecnico di Milano, after which, she collaborated in Milan with design studios such as Giulio Iacchetti and Habits Design Studio, and then started working for Labomaki srl.
