A pastry shop becomes a dessert boutique, where every single detail is the result of an attentive search for quality: in the taste, in the presentation, and in the customer care.

The Rinaldini pastry shop sees fashion as a source of continuous inspiration, in order to blend beauty with goodness, because aesthetics are important, too.

Rinaldini is characterised by the qualitative excellence of Italian pastry and food craftsmanship. The range of products is wide: from the iconic MacaRAL® to the tasty Gnambelline, to the mignon pastries, to single portion cakes, fudge and chocolate, and the famous panettone that is seen as a treat to enjoy all year round. Rounding off the range in the Store, there is the ice cream for which Roberto Rinaldini was twice awarded the title of world champion.

The production aims for quality and is influenced by the collections of the fashion world and by the perfection of design. In 2017, thanks to the partnership with the Rimini-based entrepreneur Micaela Dionigi, development on the Italian and international markets began; the innovative laboratory (4000 m2) was set up and, with 3F Retail, the strategy and development plan for the opening of directly managed businesses and the franchising of the new brand formats began.
