Kalamaro piadinaro

Kalamaro Piadinaro has its roots in the heart of Romagna, in the famous Viale Ceccarini in Riccione, and it combines Italian culinary traditions with contemporary global trends, enhancing the values of easy, fun conviviality.

The range on offer combines the symbol of Romagna hospitality – the piadina – with first and second courses based on fish and shellfish, which are simple, yet refined, in rooms with a metropolitan flavour that are furnished with taste and simplicity.

The classic piada recipe is enriched with gourmet combinations thanks to the creativity of great chefs, while the restaurant menu offers interesting meat and vegetarian alternatives.

The dough is prepared exclusively for Kalamaro Piadinaro by a renowned artisanal laboratory, and the ingredients are carefully selected from PDO, PGI products and produce from the Emilia-Romagna Region.
