This project was born to enhance the history of traditional Italian cuisine under the artistic direction of multi-starred chef Angelo Troiani.

It starts with our grandmothers’ recipes and all the feelings and memories they evoke. A distinctive feature of the project are the “samplings”, an original way of tasting traditional regional dishes in a single-portion format.
The image of Assaggia is refined, minimal, and elegant. The rooms that are designed to make guests feel “at home” are cosy and comfortable as well.
