The opening of the new Kalamaro Piadinaro in I Gigli shopping centre

After Riccione and Milan, the Romagna format Kalamaro Piadinaro by Cirfood Retail reached Tuscany in I Gigli shopping centre in Florence with a flexible and creative concept, which meets the requirements of the trends of contemporary catering and translates them into an experience of conviviality and flavour, never forgetting the importance of the tradition of Romagna, the region of origin, where the format took shape in 2014.

The new restaurant, located on the first floor of the ‘Corte Tonda’, covers an area of 80 m2, seats over 50 people, and is characterized by a contemporary design and attention to detail.
The carefully selected food range is a perfect fusion between the icon of the Riviera, the Piadina, and creative recipes that contain fish and shellfish.
