Rubina was born in Tuscany in 1981.
She comes from a great gastronomic tradition: as of an early age, her Apulian mother and Tuscan father passed on to her the idea that the art of dining is a time of conviviality.
A former professional classic dancer, she learnt about food and how to treat it and its properties by pursuing a healthy dietary education, which led her to seek balance, flavour and beauty in her dishes, naturally.
With commitment and dedication, she continued to deepen her culinary knowledge, gaining basic certificates from the Cordon Bleu Haute Cuisine, and she took part in the MasterClass of the fifth edition of MasteChef Italy.
A fierce and feared competitor, due to her feisty temperament, she obtained the respect and admiration of the public, to the point of gaining the moral victory of the programme.
The dream comes true: her simple passion becomes her profession.
Proudly she entered the Villa Crespi cooking team, alongside Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and worked on the Coach Kitchen project with the Michelin-Starred Chef Filippo Saporito.
In 2018, she took on a new challenge, participating as a finalist in the special edition MasterChef All Stars with the best competitors from all the previous editions of MasterChef Italy.
Today, Rubina is a Personal Chef, Brand Ambassador, catering consultant, and Executive Chef in Italy and abroad.
With 3F Retail she works on the creation of the recipes of the Lasagna Mia and Patatas Nana formats.
